We believe in keeping our customers informed. Below you’ll find a list of recent internet outages, including when they occurred, how long they lasted, and the reasons behind each disruption. Our team works diligently to restore service as quickly as possible.

Duration: 2:24 AM to 4:47 AM
Reason: Power outage at  7426 Epworth Tower
Area’s Affected: New side of Wesleyan Village
Status: Power has been restored… Service is back up and running

Duration: 8:09 PM to 8:27 PM
Reason: Power issue
Area’s Affected: Clover Leaf in the Meeting House Lane area. 17 Customers affected.
Status: Back up & Running

Note: Temp fix until morning. We will be repairing the wires.

Duration: 8/28/26 7:21 AM to 8:09 AM – And also 5:57 PM 8/28/26,  to 9:00 PM 8/29/26
Reason: Fiber is going on and off. From what we understand is they are still working on the Fiber damage from the other day. This is causing our services to go on and off
Area’s Affected: Clover Leaf, Campers Holiday & High Point
Status: ONLINE as of 9PM 8/29/26

NOTES:
– UPDATE: Back online at Campers Holiday (was down from 5:57PM to 6:49PM 8/28/26) Still down at High Point and Clover Leaf

– UPDATE: (8/29/26 11:02 AM) High Point Backup internet is up. Main fiber is still down. Customers at High Point now have service.

– UPDATE: 8/29/26 6:03 PM – Clover Leaf Fiber is still down. However, The T-Mobile cell tower across the street from Clover Leaf fiber is back on. That’s a good sign so hopefully we will have service soon. 

– UPDATE: 8/29/26 7:44 PM – AT&T had to pause repairs on the fiber until the storms move away from the fiber damaged location. They will resume repair as soon as it is safe.
Any update that we get, we will pass it along to you.
 
– UPDATE: Fiber has been fixed and service is back up and running as of 9PM 8/29/26

Waiting for Withlacoochee Electric to fix the power issue. Power is out in the whole community however, the tower is on with battery backups. Some residents have battery back-ups at their home and are still online. The Battery Back-ups will last about 2 hours with no power.

Reason: Electricity is out. Duke energy will be doing repairs

Status: Duke energy has restored power and services are back online

Duration: 2:15 PM to 9:15 PM
Reason: Fiber line damage due to construction work.
Area’s Affected: Clover Leaf, High Point, Campers Holiday 
Status: Back up & Running
